This morning I will tell you about my week at school. This is Week 9, Term 3, 2019.
Yesterday my class and I went to the museum.

The Week that Was! Friday 6th September
This morning I will tell you about my week at school. This is Week 7, Term 3, 2019. This week Mr L started reading a brand new chapter book called Because of Winn Dixie!
On Monday at school we had poetry finals. We also wrote character descriptions about the blind man and the hunter. I also drew a picture of opal’s mum
I felt ok
On Tuesday at school we had poetry finals again.
I felt good
On Wednesday at school it was wet.
I felt fantastic
On Thursday at school it was still wet. There was Belfast Got Talent! I really enjoyed it
My favourite act was lilly with the puppet
I felt amazing
Mr L taught us about Mother Theresa. She died on this day 22 years ago. She helped the poor in Kolkata, India.
Today is Friday I am looking forward to more rain
In the weekend I think I might jump on my trampoline

My Recount of the Weekend
Over the last two days I had a weekend and it was amazing!
On Friday after school I went to mcdonald’s for my baby's 3rd birthday!
On Saturday I played minecraft with my big brother on multiplayer.
On Sunday I went to church.
My favourite food is pork chop because it’s yummy!
My favourite character in The Magic Faraway Tree is moonface because he’s kind and helpful.
A sport or game I would love to play at school this week is dead ball.
A book I would love Chapter Chat to do is Mr Stink.
One thing not many people know about me is that I'm good at reading.

My Recount of the Weekend
Over the last two days I had a weekend and it was amazing.
On Friday after school I played hills of steel on my mums phone.
On Saturday I played with Felix.
On Sunday I played hills of steel.
I think the All Blacks are good.
The best thing about me is that I'm a good helper.
My favourite time of the day is the afternoon because it’s sometimes sunny
My favourite animal is a dog because there fluffy and cute

My dinosaur report.
i want to be a tyrannosaurus rex
The Dinosaur T-Rex was one of the greatest predators that ever lived.
Tyrannosaurus Rex had powerful back legs that let it hunt prey over short distances at up to 20mph (32 kph). They would have charged out of the undergrowth to surprise their prey - and their flexible neck helped them adjust the angle of attack
They lived about 65 to 70 million years ago - in the late cretaceous period.

Tyrannosaurus Rex means 'Tyrant Lizard'.
T. Rex were one of the biggest meat eaters.
The largest T. Rex tooth found is 12 inches (30 cm) long.
They could sprint up to 20 mph (32 kph).
Their length was up to 12 metres (40 feet).
The T. Rex had quite a large brain for a dinosaur. This would have helped it hunt better! Large parts of its brain helped its vision and smell - it may have even had telescopic vision. Even more terrifying was its mouth full of 8 inch (20cm) teeth - long and sharp, like knives.
Tyrannosaurus Rex were 12 metres (40 feet) in length and weighed 5 tons. Their heads were over 4 feet (1.25 metres), with very powerful jaws.
